Has over 12 years of experience on various fields in the field of Sales & Marketing Management in various segments of the market including software, hardware industry, mainly emphasizing on Business Development, Promotion, Client Support and Interaction.Involved in development and implementation of various projects since 1999. Having associated with large Multinational companies for various turn key projects. Main companies worked & dealt with include TCS, Schlumberger Sema , iNetworks Global Ltd , Nexus Computers Ltd ,etc on various software products and software Solutions and services.

His initaitives in BPO & Transcription services, eGovernance and other industry segments has taken DTS to greater heights, creating more profit centers and entering new markets. His new initiatives include product development for manufacturing and financial services segment. His business goals and initiatives into the eGovernance solutions segment in India will position DTS as a leading player in BPO and eGovernance solutions.

Anil holds Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Mysore University. He also holds a Masters degree in Business Administration.

Sudheer Subramanya
Has around 12 years of extensive IT experience and has worked for companies in USA, like JDS Uniphase, Priceline.com and Camstar Systems. At JDS Uniphase he was instrumental in the design and implementation on "Live Connect", which is the interface between Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Oracle ERP. At Camstar he was in the core team which developed "Live View", a reporting application for MES using Business Objects. At Priceline.com he was a team member in Adaptive Marketing group.

Sudheer has been instrumental in getting new clients and businesses to DTS. His technical and management experience is the driving force for DTS's successful execution of projects for US clients.

Sudheer holds Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication from Karnataka University. He also completed a "Software Project management Course" from UC, Berkeley USA.

Sunil Naik
Has 12 years of extensive IT experience and has worked for fortune 500 companies in USA, like Johnson and Johnson, Priceline.com, Tyco capital, Netcentives, Ford motor company and UBS Warburg.

With a vast industry experience behind him he has started an offshore development company in India, and understands the need for companies in US to be strategically placed to remain competitive in their businesses by employing cutting edge technology into their business and also save cost on IT spending. Technically he has good knowledge on ASP,VB,.Net,COM/COM+,MSMQ/IBM MQ series, Databases like Oracle,SQL Server 2000,Crystal reports etc.

Sunil holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from National Institute of Engineering, India.
